Who we build for?
Multi-Mileage Tracker is designed for people who share cars, track business mileage, and need clean records for taxes and cost sharing.
- Self-employed professionals
Real estate agents, consultants, and freelancers who need clean, audit-ready mileage logs for different clients or contracts.
- Small business teams
Companies that share one or two vehicles across several staff members and want a simple way to see who drove how much and who paid for fuel.
- Families & friends shared cars
Households or friends sharing a car who want a fair, transparent way to split fuel and car expenses based on actual mileage.
Why Multi-Mileage Tracker?
1. Support multiple businesses or users sharing the same car (up to 6) with one shared sync code.
2. Battery-friendly mileage tracking — uses far less battery than typical GPS mileage apps by avoiding constant, high-precision route tracking.
3. Smart parking reminders and Shortcuts support — turn on an in-app reminder to get a gentle nudge to log your mileage when you park, or turn off the in-app reminder and set up an iOS Shortcuts Automation so that when your phone connects or disconnects from your car’s Bluetooth, the app opens to remind you to log your mileage for maximum battery savings.
4. Store fuel or maintenance receipts with photos and clear records of who paid and how much.
5. Email a clean cost-sharing report for any date range — we show how far each person or business drove (mileage and percentage), calculate how much each person should pay and has paid, and clearly summarize who owes whom in the end.
6. Add drivers (up to 6) with an invite code so everyone can refresh to see the latest mileage and fuel receipt photos for the same car.
7. Fast 3-digit odometer entry — after you set your starting mileage once, you only need to type the last 3 digits each time; the app automatically figures out the full mileage and keeps everything accurate.
8. Just $3.99/month — a smart, affordable way to fairly split car expenses and keep clean mileage records for business or tax purposes.
9. Start free with your first 30 trips — no upfront subscription and no need to remember to cancel; subscribe later only if it works for you.

Who can invite drivers and manage subscriptions?
Only the original registrant (Driver A) can:
Invite new drivers
Manage the vehicle’s Sync Code
Purchase and manage the subscription
Invited drivers (B, C, D, etc.):
Do not need to subscribe
Can use the app fully under the same vehicle
Can log mileage using their own driver label
This design keeps billing simple while allowing multiple drivers to share one vehicle seamlessly.
How should I set it up if I use the same car for personal, business, and shared driving?
How should I set it up if I use the same car for personal, business, and shared driving?
You can simply use multiple driver labels for different purposes.
For example:
A: Personal use
B: Business use (owner)
C / D: Shared drivers
This allows one person to use more than one label if needed.
Each label keeps mileage records clearly separated, making reporting and exports much easier.
You can switch labels anytime, and each driver can keep their own default label.
Do I need to re-register every time I open the app on the same phone?
Do I need to re-register every time I open the app on the same phone?
No.
Once a phone has successfully entered the main screen (either as the registrant or an invited driver), the app remembers that device.
👉 On the same phone:
You only need to enter the Sync Code
No Invite Code is required again
You will be taken directly to the main screen
This applies whether you are:
The original registrant (A), or
An invited driver (B, C, D, etc.)
How can iOS help remind me to log mileage automatically?
How can iOS help remind me to log mileage automatically?
Multi-Mileage Tracker works with iOS Shortcuts to help you never forget to log mileage.
You can create automations such as:
When your car’s Bluetooth connects or disconnects, the app opens and reminds you to log mileage
When a specific app (for example, a ride-hailing app) opens, Multi-Mileage Tracker can open at the same time as a reminder for business driving
These automations run in the background and make mileage tracking almost automatic, without manual effort.
What should I do when I change to a new phone?
What should I do when I change to a new phone?
👉 If you are an invited driver (B, C, D, etc.):
Ask the original registrant to invite you again
Enter the same Sync Code
Enter the new Invite Code
Tap Refresh
You will keep your original driver label (such as B or C), and your records will sync to your new phone.
👉 If you are the original registrant (Driver A):
The original registrant is the owner of the Sync Code.
If you change phones, the recommended approach is:
Use your existing phone to invite your new phone
Join again using the same Sync Code
Select Driver A
This allows you to continue using the same shared vehicle data.
Tip: Keeping the original phone active until your current subscription period ends (monthly or yearly) helps ensure a smooth transition. After the subscription term ends, you can re-register on a new phone if needed.
